MinD Trust Honoured With best Organization Award 2021 For Remarkable Works
MinD (Mobility in Dystrophy) Trust, one of the leading NGO in Kerala, bagged the award for the best organization working for the empowerment of persons with disabilities in 2021 by the Social Justice Department of Kerala. Dr R Bindu Hon. Minister of Higher Education and Social Justice, presented the award to K.K Krishnakumar, Chairman of MinD Trust, and Zakir Hussain and Vice Chairman of the MinD Trust.
The award is a recognition for the outstanding activities of the organisation working for the upliftment of the person with Muscular Dystrophy and Spinal Muscular Atrophy.
MinD (Mobility in Dystrophy) Trust has undertaken a number of initiatives to improve the quality of life of its members. MinD focuses on various aspects such as awareness, education, employment and rehabilitation. Every project is carried out with great vision and professionalism. All the executives of the organisation are fighters of Muscular Dystrophy and Spinal Muscular Atrophy.
The MinD Trust plans to launch the first phase of its dream project Oridam, a rehabilitation cum Research Centre. This recognition is a stimulus for MinD Trust’s upcoming projects.
